We are excited to be part of capturing your special moments. These terms are here to make sure we both have the same understanding from the time you first inquire until your final images are delivered. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following:
1. Inquiry & Booking
1a. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit is received. The deposit amount will be stated on the invoice.
1b. For all photography services except family sessions, the deposit is non-refundable. For family sessions, the deposit may be refunded only if the session is canceled due to bad weather.
1c. The deposit must be received within 7 days (one week) from the invoice date.
2. Payment Terms

2a. A 50% deposit is required to hold the date. Once we confirm our availability, we will send you an invoice along with a PayPal payment link.
2b. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the session.
2c. For wedding photography, we recommend paying the remaining balance at least one week in advance so you can fully enjoy your wedding day without having to think about payment.
2d. We also accept cryptocurrency payments in USDT. Please confirm your preferred network (BNB Smart Chain BEP-20, ERC-20, Solana, or AVAX C-Chain) before we send the invoice.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
3a. Rescheduling is allowed, subject to our availability.
3b. Once a booking is rescheduled, there will be no refund under any circumstances.
3c. If the photographer is unable to attend due to illness or force majeure, we will do our best to find a suitable replacement and will inform you in advance.
4. Coverage & Logistics
4a. Session duration and deliverables are as described in your selected package.
4b. Each package will clearly state the coverage area. Any session outside the stated area will have an additional travel surcharge.
5. Editing & Delivery
5a. Standard editing includes color correction, exposure adjustments, and light retouching. We do not offer body reshaping or heavy image manipulation.
5b. Delivery time is estimated at 2–4 weeks for family sessions and 3–6 weeks for wedding or pre-wedding photo shooting.
6. Delivery Method & Storage
6a. Final images will be provided as high-resolution JPEG files via an online download link.
6b. We offer lifetime storage for delivered files, but we cannot guarantee the long-term health of our servers. Please download and back up your files yourself as soon as possible.
7. Copyright & Usage Rights
7a. The photographer retains copyright for all images.
7b. The client may use the images for social media sharing or other non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires written permission.
8. Liability
8a. In case of equipment failure, loss, or incomplete coverage due to circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to a refund of the fees paid.
9. Meals
9a. For any session lasting more than 5 hours, the client agrees to provide crew meals, especially for wedding photography where the photographer and team may not be able to leave the venue.
